Case study 08 · Insight Estimates
From building report to a clear next step.
Insight Estimates turns building inspection reports into plain-English summaries, with estimated repair costs. We built the whole thing: the website, and the upload flow behind it that takes a report and gets it to the team.

01 · The problem
A report full of issues, and no idea what they cost.
Every week, buyers, sellers and agents are handed building reports written to tick boxes and flag risk. They list what's wrong. They don't say what matters, what it might cost, or what to do next, and a deal can stall while people guess.
- Long reports in trade language.
- No way to tell what's urgent and what's cosmetic.
- No idea of the cost until a tradie quotes.
The brief Make it simple to send us a report, and to get back a plan you can act on.
02 · The site
Scroll the real thing.
The live home page, top to bottom. It answers the questions people arrive with, shows how it works in three steps and who it's for, sets out the two turnaround options, and ends at the upload form.

Five steps from report to plan.
The upload sits on the home page, built on Formflow. The first two screens below are the live form; the last three are the steps the site sets out.
